Immigration Reform Wish List

1. Increase the H-1B quota from 65,000 to 180,000 – so American employers can hire the foreign professional workers they need all year long.

2. Give work permits to the dependent family members of H-1B workers.

3. Allow foreign graduate students to remain in the U.S. after graduation, at least if they have full-time, permanent jobs in their fields – so America does not lose the “brain drain” war.

4. Resolve what to do with the uncountable, undocumented persons living in the U.S.  I don’t think America is going to deport millions of people, so what else can we do to resolve the situation?
