Yana Feldman

Yana is an associate attorney, admitted to the Maryland State Bar in 2011. Prior to practicing law, Yana worked with the firm for more than 10 years as an Immigration Paralegal. She focuses on employment-based immigration cases nationwide, in Washington, D.C., Virginia and Maryland. She is particularly experienced in H-1B Specialty Worker cases and in the employment-based permanent-residence process, including PERM (labor certification) and I-140 immigrant petitions, followed by adjustment of status or consular processing. She also has a successful track record securing permanent residence based on marriage and on parent-child relationships.
